Yoga Exercises During Pregnancy
To maintain good health, it essential to practice Yogic postures ( Yogasane ) consistently, and during pregnancy, this becomes eve more important. Doing yogasane would go a long way in reducing transient problems/disorders during pregnancy, and for an easy and natural delivery.
