Situated among the pleasant hills of Lonavla (India), the Manashakti
Research Centre for peace of mind is a well-known entity.
For the last 40 years, the centre has attended to the needs of thousands of peace-seekers.
People have found solace through the numerous books, computerised tests, study courses and
various experiments - all directed towards a common goal - Peace of Mind.
The Manashakti research centre is one of the activities of the Manashakti REST New Way Trust
(REST= Research, Education & Sanatorium Trust), a social trust registered with the Charity Commissioner, Pune.

To help people achieve the peace of mind through socially oriented activities / sacrifice.

A board of Trustees looks after each of these trusts. While the trustees of the other trusts in India are usually nominated, as a democratic tradition, the trustees for Manashakti REST New Way are elected every after two years by the Seekers.

Swamiji The First Thinker (1918-1993)
Subsequent to writing a series of articles published in various newspapers about 'New Way towards life',
Swami Vijnananand established the New Way Ashram and the Manashakti Centre for Peace of Mind. Swami Vijnananand took Prakash Samadhi in 1993.
