Psycho graph is a mirror reflecting your inner personality. It takes only four
minutes to fill the graph. Our mind is always in different state of emotions.
All major emotions are classified in four main groups. E.g.
- Fear
- Rage (anger)
- Courage
- Balance (peace)
Following are the definitions of each group.
-
Fear includes family problems, misunderstandings, fear of unknown, unliking about anything, laziness or inactivity.
-
Rage includes problems related to power, money, memory, unsatisfaction about anything and anger in general.
-
Courage includes sacrifice of time for good social cause and courage in problematic/fearful situation.
-
Balance includes sacrifice of money for social cause and peace of mind even in disturbing conditions.
Procedure for filling the Psychograph: Print the graph provided here The graph has days on the horizontal axis and four temparaments on the
vertical axis. You have to enlarge one dot against the predominant
temparament for the specific day. e.g. At night, think of each temparament
for a minute and find out the predominant temparament for the whole day.
Suppose you decide that the anger temparament was prominant, then enlarge
the dot against 'Anger' for that day. Repeat this procedure for the entire
month (you may start on any day). At the end of the month, count the
enlarged dots for each temparament. Self Analysis:
-
More points in 'Anger' or 'Fear' temparaments indicate extra mind energy
expenditure, which is detrimental for well being.
-
More points in 'Courage' and 'Balance' temparaments indicate expenditure of mind
energy with less reflective reaction on the person.
Following is the rough estimation of your psychograph:
-
Points of Fear or Anger > 24 = Critical, needs immediate mind relief measurements
-
Points of Fear or Anger > 15 but < 25 = Alarming situation, seek long term measures
-
Points of Fear or Anger > 8 but < 16 = Needs daily corrective action
-
Points of Fear or Anger < 8 = Good, under control!
Note: Seekers should post their monthly graphs, as usual, to main Research
Centre at Lonavla for registration and further guidance.
