Manashakti has opened a new Information Centre in the well-known Appa Balwant Chouk, near Prabhat Talkies, Pune. The centre has been inaugurated on 27th January 2012 at 5.30 pm at the auspicious hands of Hon. Shri Malhar Arankalle, Editor, Saptahik Sakal, Pune. (The exact location of the centre is given below.) Mr. Jnaneshwar Phadtare (Deputy Commissioner of Police, Pune) and several dignitaries from Pune attended this function.

Mr. Malhar Arankalle inaugurated the new centre with Deep-Prajwalan (lighting diya) and expressed his thoughts on this occasion as under - "I came in contact with Swami Vijnananand (Founder, Manashakti) some forty years back. Since then, I have read his articles. Swamiji - who was a thorough rationalist - has beautifully combined science and philosophy with our day-to-day practical life. He inspired the common man in the society to take a regimen of social service. Resolution to do something good for the society and its appropriate implementation, has certainly brought about and will continue to bring positive changes in the society. My best wishes for this new centre started by Manashakti."

The following services are available at the information centre:

  • Overview and information of Manashakti activities.
  • Enrollement for study-courses, workshops, tests, poojas etc. activities.
  • Subscribing for Manashakti Monthly and Deepavali issues.
  • Purchasing Manashakti Books, Experimental & Ayurvedic products, CDs etc.
