Steadiness Test

This test is specifically beneficial to students of unsteady, hyperactive tendencies or those who opt for skilled jobs like welding, machining, turning or even surgery. Sometimes children are too unstable. They can't sit comfortably at one place. Specially hyper-active children are required to undergo this test.'

This test is conducted with the help of a 'Steadiness Tester''.

Principle : If the Mind is steady, the Body is bound to be steady. The machine is similar to a game machine. It has a plate drilled with holes of different sizes. A pointer of fixed diameter (size) is to be inserted and taken out in the holes without touching its edges. When you touch an edge, the counter attached counts the number of contacts. Minimum count indicates better steadiness.
